Strongly agree "as earnings received after Q1 come in." Newbies don't recall the effective date of the Federal Budget Authorization Bill. Nor do they realize the time delay caused by the DOD/McAfee/ACS/SFOR billing cycles. Those funds only start to to be reflected in our bottom line on 8/15.
