Mid-June dismissal overturned& settlements imo
Buyers today will be very happy next month.
Unless you have been under a rock the last few months, Alice 101's flaws have been fully exposed by Appeal courts via being over turned.
Additionally rulings by Supreme court strengthening the validity of USPTO patents and *PTAB) Patent Trials Appeal Boards rulings on patents. SFORs patents have already been ruled as valid on all 54 claims.
We are seeing Alice 101 dismissal after dismissal being overturned, Including our favorite Judge "Kronstat", who . has had at least one of his dismissals over turned in another case, because he didn't follow the legal guidelines.
SFOR fellow shareholders, its clear, the legal winds is at our back on this one, we are riding FAST and STRONG and SURE to victory ion this case.
Junes PPS IMO will jump big when Patent dismissal is overturned. Then when settlements are announced the PPS Kaboom hits again!,
Then the next round of law suits are announced! PPS Kaboom again!
