If Hirsch put a deal together and FOM offered .37 pps for outstanding shares he could in later years brag how he orchestrated a deal that gave OWCP shareholders a nearly 50% gain over then current market price. Of course, the big winners would be those people who bought into FOM before the deal was announced.

I do not expect something like the above to occur but it would be nice to get a report from Hirsch.......long overdue.
