As you can see, I wouldn't doubt that he will not only fill those seats, but will have exceptional members that will be accretive to both the board and company.
As for the uplist price, $2 for NYSE and minimum bid of $4 for the NASDAQ.
Timeframe for an uplist can be days should either exchanges want accelerate the uplist.
So, truly it could all happen very very quickly!
