Now I suppose the latest identity will lecture us on how the SEC is hard-working and protects us.
The SEC fined the CEO of Theranos $500,000. She made one BILLION dollars perpetrating a fraud which cost the investors hundreds of millions of dollars. It was valued at one point at 10 billion dollars, now worth ZERO.
So, she pockets a billion bucks and gives back $500k in fines. Thanks SEC, you sure do a great job protecting investors.
