Quantum Dot TV sale in China has exceeded OLED TV sale, critics speculate that AMOLED TV may catch up in the future but I don't see it happening when AMQDLED TV which uses electroluminescent technology without the need for LCD and works in the same principle as AMOLED TV starts to emerge. AMQDLED TV is much more superior than AMOLED TV: It has no burn-in defect, it has superior brightness and color gamut, infinite contrast ratio and will be much cheaper than AMOLED TV.
Be aware that all those QD LED TV are still QD LED "LCD" TV, not real electroluminescent Quantum Dot TV, LCD TV has numerous problem such light breeding problem, poor contrast ratio problem and high power consumption problem ..... and is more expensive due to the additional cost of LCD panel.
Organic LED is a foreign monopoly, Quantum Dot LED will be a Chinese monopoly.

Ever wonder where those Chinese QDLED TV makers buy their quantum dots directly or indirectly from? From expensive QD producers oversea producing QD in batches?
