Reason: The deadline for submitting late filing notification for calendar 2018 Q1 (Jan-March) 10Q has passed and no notification has been submitted, it means all past three 10Q has been filed.
There will be good news in those 10Q's such as Online QD sales revenue and operation update on QMA such as its QD production.
From my research I found that QD LED TV is selling like hot cakes in China.
