I totally agree he is a greedy piece of shit. I am not sure if it was his plan the whole time since he did agree to 2 year restriction on selling. He obviously gave two shit's about the company . The dirt bags career is in the toilet because his decisions and hope he never has the opportunity to hurt another shareholder or company for the rest of his life. Only Jeff know's why he did what he did.
