I honestly don't think owcp is really being held back by the government much. Investors are spooked for a couple reasons. First, the share price shot up to 3.23 on pretty much hype. Second, they have said the cream was market ready and safety results will be out soon and it has been delay after delay. Third, Jeffrey freidland totally screwed everyone and he was hired by owcp to represent us, so he was basically part of the team. Obviously after that happened, anyone smart would be hesitant to continue to dump money into a company until they give us those results to prove they are who they say they are. I believe the government only has little to due with why we are at .25. Owcp has to restore the faith of the investors. I believe they will in my own heart but I have no way to guarantee it. These unfortunately are cold hard facts. Hopefully within the next month we will see results and I believe the share price will then start moving up, but there is not much else they are gonna be able to do other then that to bring this up until then. I have seen plenty of other mj stocks go way up this year so I know it can be done with the right news! I still believe and am holding!
