I mean we now have a basher who took a bribe (that wasn't paid), to sell out unpaid management and all other shareholders in 2005. 13 years ago. And this is one guy, who also posts that because the value of his stock went down that it makes Mr. Berman a criminal and poster's marriage in jeopardy. All because of his own stock buying decision. But its management's fault. If it weren't true who would believe it? This guy is by no means the only poster, who post under many posting names, on many message boards, including the two where you are a cop, and go on and on about management malfeasance and incompetence. Do you think this helps the company get a higher settlement with J&J. These people provide J&J information too. Some are even paid for it. But the worst part is casual readers, small stock holders and newbies actually believe this stuff.
