Your information is different than what I am hearing.

As you can see our Annual would have to be audited for us to qualify for QX. It wasn't last year, and Wang is nothing if not consistent (until something HAS to change)...
Not expecting that to be different now.
It also says we can't be a penny stock and at our current PPS we still qualify as one. If you have light to shed on that, please do.
I also can't quickly seem to find anything that says that Pinks even have to file with Edgar since they are not SEC reporting, so i'm not sure where that is coming from either.
