so after 2 days of *volume* on PTOI .. we get this .. 
first 2 *trades* go off @ ask with NC (no change) on the size shown .. the 3rd and currently last *trade* is a paint that goes off hidden .. (between bid and ask) ..

note *avgs* .. especially the 90 day which is far more difficult to manipulate
