For anyone interested, I just got off the phone with RO...The recent reports of the fins. being done and waiting for an OTC application (there's actually 2 parts to the application) is TRUE!! So, when he gets the new codes needed to file the fin.statements they'll be posted to OTC Markets. There's also hefty fees associated with the application process...at least $5000.00! Of course, he can't reveal what's in them! They're coming....so, be ready!!
