Yes, it is a bit of a process, I hold preferred shares. You will receive the certificates by mail. I am just holding on to them for now and will worry about coverting when they have value. These are great because they are not easily sold and can easily be forgotten... aka held until the company value is $30 a share. Good thing about these is they are protected against and RS should it occur later in the future to get us on the exchange. I hold a healthy amount of common to play with and 5 years down the road my preferred will be worth a ton!
