David's mentioned it several times. Ultraflix 3.0 is going to use REACT and since it's a new platform compared to the previous versions of Ultraflix, it will require a re-write.
I was at the SHM, heard it there too. It was communicated again through a summary SH update.
I also happen to know a thing or two about the software development process.....
