Personally I would not be so happy to find out if it was deliberate by the company to drop pps so they can re buy their shares much cheaper because that would seem nefarious to me plus the time and suffering others endured so a few could benefit does not sit well either.
Anyways like I said when you say share buy back stuff that is kinda what comes to my mind.
Q3 is due 6/15 so they will have to report share structure then.
