I saw a transaction appearing in the financials and I questioned the transaction.
No like many who post with an agenda, you asked a question but actually made a statement, in fact several. There is a listing of all Preferred E issuances and conversions dating to 2011. Did you look at those issuances and conversions? Or did you connect a few random dots.
Now I see there is a message board poster move at foot to take over the company. Good luck to the "the stock price means everything crowd." If this happens, count on me for two things, I will immediately sell, and I will continue to post and now criticize the message board poster management. Show of hands, how many message board posters own stock? How many message board posters have ever run a public company? How many message board posters have any experience in diabetic test strip development and sales channels?
It is sooo easy to criticize and make passive aggressive allegations.
