JUST A VIEW HERE;
Yes FUSZ has a GREAT CRM platform but don't see it taking 100% of the CRM market. "WHY" - because there are companies (as there always is) that are already at production capacity so increasing sales by that 600% number might do little good where they cannot supply. Although it could help reduce the SALES Staff (OUCH for them)
SIDE NOTE: Meet two salesmen recently that have worked for the same company for DECADES. Yes , their company provides them with a CRM program BUT they could not say from WHO the their company was getting it and until I mentioned FUSZ they never heard of them either.
The above is not to be taken as anything NEGATIVE as we all see the notifiCRM business of FUSZ only just starting to get market penetration and even getting 10% of that market will HUGE
