This funding has been rumored for a year. I'm confused why it's taking so long unless NTEK has to prove/do something prior to the funding. I presume it's being timed with something else. Didn't Dave say it had to be paid back within 2 years? If so, I wouldn't want that to start until everything was lined up and ready to go. Meaning all contracts, lawsuits, and content. If not it's a waste of time and money. It needs to be maximized to make money. If not, they won't be able to pay back the loan. That's what would make sense to me.... Nothing we say is going to speed up the process.
