When looking at corporate actions as deemed by FINRA I don’t know if updating the Q to be current would be considered a “corporate action” in regards to ticker change with them. If I remember the rule it specified corporate actions as name changes and changes to share structure, etc. No one really knows what the hell is going on except those involved with the company. Either way we’re all waiting and will keep waiting. Hopefully that wait will not be much longer. I’m ready for some good news.
