The only acceptable excuse for this silence after Starkweather's pumping is:
1) Regulations regarding a "quiet period" associated with a ticker/CUSIP change
2) Management is buying back shares in the open market that are being liquidated by the toxic financiers and/or retail. This is unlikely though as I believe there is an obligation on the part of ANDI/UTOP to disclose that as a material event.
