As a cancer survivor I never liked that term either. Scientists like the folks IPIX has who are developing new treatments and the Doctors who are utilizing those treatments to help folks like me survive are the fighters IMHO. I am now 5 years out from my Whipple although in July I had a couple of small tumors removed from my right lung. Yesterday I received a good report from my Oncologist and have 6 months until my next catscan. Lots to be thankful for and obvious why I am an IPIX shareholder. Anyone who doesn't think receiving chemo orally wouldn't be a Godsend has never had chemo.
