Here is my question for this morning...
How does $6K=$119K?
From the Quarterly:
NOTE 8 – Stockholder’s equity
2018 Issuances
Preferred
During the quarter ended March 31, 2018, we issued 100,000 shares of preferred series “E” shares for
services valued at $6,000
(which were converted one month after issued into $119,000 worth of common at today's market price)
1-18-18 issued (Robert Herskowitz)
2-28-18 converted (Robert Herskowitz)
Just wondering...
Any financial wizards out there with comments?
