Sure the MM your brokerage firm uses chose to sell you shares that they did not have. You might want to read the post I made about a week ago with the link to the article on the SEC making a rule against naked shorting permanent.
Obviously they recognize that there is a huge problem. Gi NTEK!!!
( One thing there is little commentary on and is worthy of note, there has been no dilution by NTEK for many many months.)
