Mayhem72ss, this deal with Lazerson did not just happen because of Willaim's recent trip to Canada to gin up interest in his lithium concessions in Chile.  William first talked to Lazerson around a year ago if memory serves me correctly.  They met at a resource conference in Canada, and Lazerson was there trying to get someone to put up the money for a resource study that he could not afford to do himself.  What is interesting, is that this property now has two individuals without any money to develop.  Where will the money come from?
