prove ure income..bcak in the 70's my brother and i were buying older homes..and making apts. out of them..jimmy carter got in office..called the bank..used to be able to do it over the phone..they said i had to come in..they changed the rules and i had to show income..was probably sitting on at least 10 houses..25 rental units..so we got out of that biz..and bought a couple of bars..the bar biz. was more fun anyway
