Then, in August, after Magna started visiting GC for negotiations, GC abrubtly left the board of Avant. I believe the tide turned for us, and GC changed plans real quick from trying to flip Avant to stay our creditors, to knowing he could put us back together and steal everything back for the benefit of all. That's my theory.
