I believe they were shut down for nearly a month due to Nevada’s Department of Taxation, Marijuana Enforcement Division. The violations were found by the departments in the course of its review of Digipath Labs’ operations and procedures. While suspended, the company had to refer its clients to competitors. My guess is that during that time customers who were refereed elsewhere found satisfactory possibly better and or cheaper options.

Agree with Steven, since DIGP has only the one facility, if trend continues could become a potential EVIO acquisition.
