Continental Grain buys 400,000 more RIBT shares. Ari Gendason sits on the RIBT Board. He "is Senior Vice President and head of corporate investments at Continental Grain Company, a privately held global food and agriculture company. He has been with Continental Grain Company since 2004."
I doubt he wants to make a bad investment of a company whose stock is down about 90% since 2010 and never made a profit, just because he sits on the companies BOD.
GC now owns about 4,200,000 shares, about 20% of RIBT. In the first buy, they agreed not to buy RIBT, so that is NOT their purpose here. I doubt they are here for just a double.
