I think it is important to say that the area William is currently involved in does have indications of copper as well as other minerals --- that is not the question, and should not be.  The real question is what can Willaim do and how can he raise the money required to do it.  The first costs will come from producing a resource report which I assume will be paid for by selling the TTXP shares William is giving to Lazerson in exchange for the 20% stake.  It is now Winter in the north country, and except for fly over reconnaissance utilizing a magnetomiter, little more is likely to be done until Spring.  Also, to prove out resources for a legitamate resource report, expensive diamond drill is typically required.  Such drill is expensive and takes time.  So, in short, I hope investors have a lot of time --- they are likely to need it.
