Since Utopya isn't telling us anything, I called FINRA to find out what the rules are as far as changing the name and ticker symbol with them. The guy that answered the phone said, at first, they don't handle that, the SEC does, (not looking good). I informed him about Rule 6490 and that they, in fact, do handle this. He looked it up real quick and said he'd need to get back to me with the information.
I will let everyone know what he says when he calls back.
There's got to be a time-limit on this.
