Exactly! The liar manipulators have a field day when OTC stocks file late. They try hard to scare some the sky is falling and they start the sell-off and some get scared and do the same. Late Filings are prime times to run their liar manipulator scams - bunch of lowlife scumbag loser thieves!
I know what I own and will counter their BS drama - BUY - thanks for lower prices to accumulate even MORE shares!
It's only up to 5 calendar days delay for the 10Q and stated right in the SEC filing - II (b).
