Its criminal the manner in which they manipulate the pps up/down to whatever level they desire! Here at close today they took us from .0143 down to a current .0135 and dropping, through nothing more than manipulation! They are not just a bunch of clowns, but also a very effective bunch of criminals! BUT NOT FOR LONG!!!
