I bought my first shares of DECN on 12-31-13 and have been adding to my "pile" ever since...
I have never sold even one (1) share, so I am not a "trader" or a "flipper".
I do not intend to sell any of my position in DECN in the near future.
Now that I have gotten that out of the way...
What I have noticed over the past month is that MM OTCX has held a death grip on the share price. Prior to the past month, MM OTCX never appeared on Level 2.
There are times MM OTCX does not appear on Level 2, and then, when a sale goes through (normally on an up-tic) the MM OTCX comes on board, undercutting the ASK.
I do not claim any knowledge as to the intent, purpose, plan, or anything about the MM OTCX, but I do believe this...
as long as MM OTCX is active, this stock is going nowhere.
