HEB is planning to go public either this year or next year. In Texas you only have HEB as your super market. All other super markets are like Sprouts, Whole Foods, and other "organic" or specialty grocery stores. In California you have Albertsons, Stater Bros, Ralphs, and a ton of other competitors.

This is huge news guys. HEB is a massive chain.
