That's exactly what it's speaking, is how I see understand it.
1. What kind of percentage will they own? 50% 75%
2. Eltop uplist ei5her here of HK, where does the money come in, a partner? A buyer and AMBS gets a dividend royalties and milestone payments? The other way around? Just public funding and they own 80% to 100% ? Private funding and they give a portion to a Hedge Fund? All here or overseas?
Sell to Asia in an exclusive and AMBS gets ROW.
So many different ways and this is for 1 product for 1 indication.....
I see this as real close. Nothing is guaranteed and some of us have been here before, but admittedly or not AMBS was in a far worse place with their financials and funding.
But it's a wait and see. I just am interested in what happens and which route it goes. Maybe wake up to a PR on day and the pr8ce finds its true adjusted price prrreetty prreetty prereetty quickly.
