I'm all in for an RS as soon as BIEL produces at least one quarter of sustainable profits. Don't want to see an RS without lowering the AS too. Bottom line we don't want any further dilution and based on what I've seen, profits aren't far off.
As for Maryland's 1 for 10 max law I don't know...Are BIEL's shares registered in MD or elsewhere?
Tomorrow should be interesting with the release of fins. Obviously these numbers do not include any of the NHS, B. Braun and others but still will be interesting. Is there a conference call set up? I'm interested to see if they'll provide guidance as we move forward.
