The naked short (MMs) situation along with some panicky retail sellers is why the pps came down to where it is now . FUSZ is grossly undervalued and oversold RSI=39. I see worst case scenario .78 (see chart).
We have not gotten the PR yet but the nFUSZ technology is fully integrated in Oracle Netsuite. The full integration and lack of a PR which should have occurred according to the 8K makes me wonder if Oracle has decided to do a buyout which may have required a little further DD.....hmmm.
