Based on your remark. I was personally blown away by the thought initially myself. Only thoughts I have are exclusive contracts and potentially Lack of other labs for through testing required. Not sure if that can make what DIGP is covering but is a plausible reason or two. If so, EVIO needs to step it up in these areas.
