Good Reminder, the dates to keep our eyes on will be June 4th for Ropes & Gray’s rebuttal to SA’s brief and then the decision from the Panel of Judges within 10 days. If they rule, without sending it back to the lower court, the celebration will be heard from New York to Los Angeles to Hawaii where I will be drinking several Piña Colatas watching Mona Lola shoot fire works into the sky in celebration and creating my new beach front property. I’m working on my floor plan now!!!
