If you read the Reg A closely it says its first priority is Paranotek. The older projects are queued for “after” Parano is in revenue or that is what I got out of it.
If you read the details, iEldra is a separate company that already has funding looking to partner (licensing) with Paranotek. Riveting is is doing their celebrity endorsements. Celsus is doing their AI etc.
It’s all clear to me, but I read that part 3 times before it made sense to me.
