not sure there is a good answer to that; hopefully, people will be as transparent in selling as when they were buying.
But we all know there will be churning of longs when pps really starts going up, but what I envision is each time a long sells another new long is the one buying those shares.
Remember we will have new longs every time pps hits new milestones, $.01, $.10, $1.00, and $4.00 (NASDAQ minimum price).
