I called the office of Baltia's (US Global's) General Council at the number you provided and they said that are not sure if Management is still in that office at Stewart anymore.
A message I sent to HQ came back with an answer to check the web site. I did but found nothing new there to explain what is going on.
It appears that our management team may have abandoned ship.
