Bo Dietl did state on his PI site that ACS does have deals with some law enforcement agencies. As we have just seen today, it looks like he is spot on with that and that is certainly the case! Well, to me this is yet another sign that things are coming together. Sorry, I am too lazy to pull the DD of his assertion before but I did email Mark about it at one point and he said Bo likes to jump the gun when I asked about things earlier.
