Take in consideration this...I'm in Colorado right now...and in every little town we go through there is a Dooby Store....and no one is parked in the parking lots...there are stores everywhere....and Colorado has lost some of the Tax Money received from the MJ Companies and they don't know where it went..the locals are talking about this...what company, how big and hopefully not a small corner dispensary. And if he buys one, not only will there be a price on the business which includes inventory, building and future possible monies coming in, there will be insurances and Local, State and Federal hurtles to get over....so Steve needs to beware of MJ Companies with low income monies..buying a cheap one does not always mean getting a good deal.
