That's a good question, rodman. First we need to get at least a quarter of reported fins with enough profit to sustain the company moving forward. That's absolutely critical. Then lets see where we are terms of the pps when that occurs which very well could be when BIEL reports on August 15th. They won't do an RS without being profitable, that'd be pps suicide.
