Wells Notice is issued at the END of the investigation. Not at the beginning.
The SEC investigation is still ongoing. And I would bet that before it is over, at least 1 person involved in this fraud WILL receive a Wells Notice. it is pretty much a slam dunk case for the SEC and/or DOJ.
SEC reinstated the assets on chit with a amended 8k. that tells me there is no investigation. case closed.
