Not claiming to know how the process works at dealerships but am under the impression bsafe is offered during the finance procedure of the auto sale along with extended warranty options and whatever else they are marketing as an add on. So not sure advertising is necessary since it is offered and explained to the car purchaser at time of financing.

Even if the buyer is using non-dealership financing they would still have to meet with the finance department.
