IMO I would because I have faith in management and board of directors that they will get the company through all of this. IMO they got the experience between all of them and they are willing to stay in communication with shareholders.
and regarding the songbird deal, if they didn't have access to financing, where did they get the $1 million for the initial deposit? Nothing changed on share structure, so they could not issue shares. IMO shows they have access to financing in some manner.
