Your guess is as good as mine. I think if you wait you're taking a risk of it going up instead of down. One thing for sure is you know what the share price is today (A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush). Personally, I just buy at the ask when I have funds available whether the sp is going up or down. I've been buying more since it has been down.
